Start today, work at your pace

You want to want it. It just isn't showing up.
DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
You love your partner. You want to want sex.

But by the time work is done, dinner is cleaned up, and everyone else has what they need, desire is the last thing on your list. So why does it feel so far away?

Maybe sex has started to feel like one more thing someone needs from you. Maybe you say yes to keep the peace, then spend the whole time somewhere else in your head. Maybe it just isn’t that enjoyable, and you’ve quietly wondered if it ever really was.
And talking about it? That feels risky. You don’t want to hurt your partner, start a fight, or admit you’re not sure what you want. So you stay quiet, and the distance grows. You’re not alone. Here’s what I want you to hear: you are not broken, and there is no “right” way to experience desire.
This workbook will help you understand what’s really going on with your desire and give you the tools to feel more connected, confident, and in control of your sexual self, including how to start that conversation with your partner.
A step-by-step guide to reclaiming your desire
WHAT'S INSIDE

Built on my signature Desire Compass™ framework, this workbook pairs peer-reviewed research with real-world tools to help you:
✓ Understand how desire and arousal actually work
✓ Identify and reduce what's getting in the way
✓ Build your personalized turn-on toolkit
✓ Explore your sexual self without shame
✓ Improve communication with your partner
✓ Build small habits that keep you connected, even when life gets loud
Also inside: a printable Partner Conversation Card, a Pleasure Map, a glossary, and a reference list of 30 research sources so you can see the science for yourself.
This workbook is for you if

You want to better understand your body, desire, & arousal patterns.
You're ready to explore your sexuality without shame or judgment.

You want practical tools, not just a pep talk.

You want an approach that fits your actual life, kids and to-do lists included.

This workbook is probably not the right fit if...

-
You're looking for a quick fix or a magic pill.
-
You want someone to tell you how much desire you "should" have. (I won't. You get to decide what enough looks like.)
-
You're working through sexual trauma, pain with sex, or a relationship in crisis and want this to replace therapy. It can sit alongside that support, but not instead of it.

CREATED BY DR. HOLLY WOOD-Ramirez
Hi, I'm Dr. Holly
I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist, AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist, and clinical sexologist with a PhD in Human Sexuality. For a decade, I've helped women and couples untangle the stress, shame, and mixed messages that get between them and the sex lives they want.

The question I hear most is some version of "why don't I want it anymore?" The answer is almost never that something is broken. It's that no one ever explained how desire really works.
So I wrote it all down. This workbook brings together the same research and tools I use in my practice, in a format you can move through privately, at your own pace, from home.
